Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 Business Days

  • International Orders: 7–15 Business Days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather conditions, and carrier performance.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, IceBlankie™ cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Peak holiday seasons

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

IceBlankie™ is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

IceBlankie™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing afterward.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
